The Governor, Mr Sonexay Siphandone
The Governor is head of the provincial administration and chairman of the One Stop Shop (OSS) Service Unit. The OSS comprises representatives from each line department and meets on a weekly basis to discuss investment applications.
Mr Saithong XAYYAVONG is the director of the Department of Planning and Investment (DPI). The department consists of the Planning and the Investment Section.
