ປລທຂThe Provincial Public Private Dialogue (PPPD) was introduced in 2005 by the Department of Planning and Investment (DPI) and the Provincial Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI).
The PPPD initiative is supported by the German Technical Cooperation (GTZ).
In 2008 PPPD successfully progressed.
According to a Governor degree the PPPD structure and process were officially institutionalized in the ministries.
Since then the public and private sector solve in a joint effort private sector related issues in order to improve the business climate.
